We offer both shared and dedicated hosting. A dedicated IP address gives your site its own unique IP address on the Internet. This would allow users to access your site via its IP (such as 66.162.134.134) as well as by the domain name (such as domain.com). Without a dedicated IP, your IP is shared with other users on our server.
We offer both Cpanel and Plesk Control Panels, which give you information on how many E-mail Accounts, Sub domains and Databases you have setup, as well as gives you stats on current disk and bandwidth usage and site traffic.
