Yes, it's true. I chose my cable package based on the availability of Home and Garden TV. I especially like the interior decorating shows, and dream. Maybe you do, too, or maybe you're actually a do-it-yourselfer when it comes to maintaining and improving your home. Here's a quick list of some of the more popular home improvement websites.
HGTV.com (obviously). To find instructions and examples of how to decorate or fix just about anything in or around your home, use the quick search, or the features A-Z. Also, check out their DYI Network.
ThisOldHouse.com. Remember when this was just about the only home improvement show on TV? It's the show that Tim Allen's Comedy, "Home Improvement" spoofed. It's no surprise that they have a great website, too. This site, like the show, focuses on home repair, and is for guys (and gals) that really, really like power tools. Arr...arr...arr!
DoItYourself.com. This is not to be confused with HGTV's DIY Network (see above). This site has been around since 1995, and is a very simple, easy-to-use quick reference for instructions on all sorts of basic home improvement projects.
