Outside Sales Rep - Houston, Dallas, & San Antonio

  •     Reports to Regional Sales Director
  •     Meet with prospective clients, generate leads and develop assigned territory
  •     Handle all leads generated from the website and telephone
  •     Providing timely and accurate response to customers' required proposal and/or bid circumstance
  •     Responsible for writing and submitting professional proposals
  •     Follows up on all sales leads in a timely and effective manner
  •     Tracks and provides accurate sales information to company management
  •     Provides accurate and timely submittal of sales orders and job notes to appropriate order processing and technical staff
  •     Acquire and maintain sound knowledge of all product lines and services offered
  •     Consistently work with management to develop a competitive pricing structure
  •     Exceed all company sales goals and objectives as it relates to this position

Ideal candidate would have:

o   Outside sales and cold calling experience required

o   2 to 3 years in outside B2B sales in the marketing, software or media industry

o   Results-oriented and motivated to be paid based on your sales ability and performance

o   Excellent verbal communication skills

o   Strong customer service and relationship building skills

o   Strong CLOSING skills required

o   This is a true Hunter/Closer position.  Must feel comfortable going door to door, business to business sales.
