As Optimal Health Associates grew over the years, it was apparent that their website was not keeping up with their business growth and needs. Clients lacked the convenience of filling out patient forms online, resulting in reduced efficiency for office staff and also delayed appointment times. Even more, Optimal Health did not have any type of e-commerce capabilities. Vitamins and supplements could not be purchased on the old website, limiting health benefits for patients and sales opportunities for Optimal Health. Overall, the website was outdated, lacked essential functionality, wasn't responsive for mobile viewing, and was missing a personal feel.
