I tried to find out why this new browser is called "RockMelt." After reading the answer, I still have no idea, but it doesn't matter; this is a great browser. I've already made it my default browser.
Once I managed to secure an invite (e-mail me, if you'd like one - I have a few), It took me less than five minutes to download the browser, and import my bookmarks, and links to my favorite social networks and news feeds. The whole process is very intuitive. This browser is much better than Chrome (which I never liked), much more up-to-date than Internet Explorer, and works like Firefox, except there's no need for a bunch of plugins (bonus!).
It provides spell check on websites that don't usually have that feature, and I even like the chat window - which threads the comments.
I haven't really found anything about this that I don't like yet, but there's some mixed feedback (mostly positive) on RockMelt's Facebook Page (where you can also request an invite directly from the RockMelt folks).
